Fantasy Impact:
Perriman was the first of two former first-round pick signed by Washington Monday, as they also inked Michael Floyd to a new deal. Neither Perriman or Floyd are likely to be much of a factor in Washington, but it would indicate that the team isn't happy with their current wide receiving corps. They were also tied to Josh Gordon before he was ultimately traded to the Patriots.
