Antonio Brown does not show up to team facility on Monday

Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown did not show up for work at the team's facility on Monday, according to a report from Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazetta. Several sources told Bouchette they did not know why Brown didn’t show up with the rest of his teammates for meetings and film review, according to the report. Head coach Mike Tomlin spoke to the media and said that Brown had not asked to be traded, acknowledged that there is some team frustration, and expressed that he is looking forward to speaking with the wide receiver. Fantasy Impact:

This news comes just one day after Brown was obviously frustrated after a Pittsburgh loss to the Kansas City Chiefs and responded to a tweet by a former employee that insinuated Brown's success was due in large part to quarterback Ben Roethlisberger with, "trade me let's find out." Tomlin may or may not address the situation when he speaks with the media, but this situation is definitely worth monitoring as more information becomes available. With star running back Le'Veon Bell already staying away from the team, any kind of absence from Brown could make the situation in Pittsburgh that much more dysfunctional and chaotic.
