Olivier Vernon still not practicing

Olivier Vernon was a non-participant at Giants practice on Wednesday. He has not practiced since injuring his ankle during an August 26th practice. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Early last week, coach Pat Shurmur said Vernon would be returning to practice but he never did. When Vernon was officially declared out for Week 2, Shurmur insisted there had not been any setbacks with the ankle. Maybe he will be able to return later in the week but it’s looking more likely than not that his absence will continue beyond Week 3.
