Doug Baldwin ruled out for Week 3

Seahawks beat writer Brady Henderson is reporting WR Doug Baldwin (knee) is officially ruled out for Week 3. (Brady Henderson on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
As expected, Baldwin will not play Sunday against the Cowboys. He has yet to practice since suffering his knee injury in the season opener. With Baldwin out, it is safe to fire up Tyler Lockett and Brandon Marshall. However, since the Cowboys defense is improved, plus, the fact that Seattle's offensive line has difficulty keeping Russell Wilson clean, Seahawks' weapons should be started with tempered expectations. In PPR formats, Lockett is the recommended play, but in standard, Marshall is your opportunity/ touchdown-dependent option for Week 3.
