Alshon Jeffery (shoulder) ruled out for Week 3

The Philadelphia Eagles ruled wide receiver Alshon Jeffery out for the team's Week 3 home game versus the Indianapolis Colts. Jeffery is still recovering from offseason shoulder surgery and is listed as week-to-week but the club will likely take their time to allow him to get close to 100%. (Adam Schefter via twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
No surprise, as Jeffery was expected to sit out at least one more game. This makes Nelson Agholor a solid bet to command another week of healthy targets from Carson Wentz, who is making his 2018 debut. Kamar Aiken should be Philadelphia's WR2.
