Austin Hooper invisible in Week 3

Falcons TE Austin Hooper caught 3-of-4 targets for 23 yards and a two-point conversion in Sunday's Week 3 loss to the Saints.
Fantasy Impact:
It was a typical game for Hooper, who only seems to churn out fantasy-relevant production sporadically thus far in his career. And now that Matt Ryan is clicking with his top three wide receiver options, Hooper's target share could continue to dwindle. However, facing one of the worst defenses in the league in containing the opposing tight end next week -- the Bengals -- Hooper could be an upside fantasy starter. Hooper should be viewed as a touchdown-dependent TE2 for Week 4.
