Evan Engram being considered 'week to week' with MCL sprain

New York Giants tight end Evan Engram has been diagnosed with a sprained MCL and is being considered week to week with the injury, according to NFL insider Adam Schefter on Twitter. Engram left Sunday's game against the Houston Texans in the first half with the injury and did not return. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It seems like Engram avoided a serious injury but could still end up missing a couple weeks. With Engram out of the game, Rhett Ellison took most of the snaps at tight end and caught three passes for 39 yards and a touchdown. Look for Engram to miss at least this week's game against the New Orleans Saints.
