Ryan Fitzpatrick expected to start Week 4

The Buccaneers have yet to announce their starting quarterback against the Bears, but all signs point to it continuing to be Ryan Fitzpatrick. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is expected after Fitzpatrick's record-setting start to the new season. Fitzpatrick did show his turnover tendencies Week 3 against the Steelers, but he also put up 27 points and nearly lead the team back to their third straight victory. It's feasible that Fitzpatrick keeps the starting job for the remainder of the season.
