Tyrod Taylor out of concussion protocol

Tyrod Taylor has cleared concussion protocol and has returned to practice Thursday. He will be the team's backup QB if he's healthy enough to suit up Sunday. (Nate Ulrich on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Taylor was forced to leave last Thursday's game due to the concussion, and he also lost his role as the team's starter as Baker Mayfield entered to deliver Cleveland's first victory since 2016. Taylor is now droppable for fantasy purposes.
