Olivier Vernon expected to make season debut Thursday

Giants outside linebacker Olivier Vernon (ankle) was not on the team’s final injury report, meaning he will be good to go for Thursday’s game against the Eagles. (Patricia Traina on Twitter )

Vernon has missed the first five games of the season due to a high ankle sprain suffered in preseason. He will bring a much needed boost to the struggling Giants defense.
