Calvin Ridley’s MRI on his left ankle came back “pretty clean” and it’s believed the rookie receiver is dealing with just a bone bruise. (Vaughn McClure on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The plan is for Ridley to rehab the injury and see how he responds. The Falcons play on Monday Night Football in Week 7 and then head on a bye, so Atlanta might choose to rest him for a couple of weeks. Ridley’s NFL career is off to a promising start so hopefully this won’t be a long term issue.
