NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill (shoulder) is ruled out for Week 7. (source)

Still day-to-day with his shoulder injury, Tannehill is out for Sunday's matchup against the Lions. As a result, Brock Osweiler will draw his second straight start. Osweiler is nothing more than a dart throw in multiple-QB formats for Week 7.
