Carl Nassib explodes with two sacks versus former team in win
by Gary VanDyke | Sun, Oct 21st 6:48pm EDT
Former Cleveland Brown defensive end Carl Nassib recorded two well-timed sacks versus his former team in the win Week Seven. Altogether he was credited with two solo, two tackles for a loss, as well as the two sacks making it debatable if he or Jason Pierre-Paul led the defensive lineman in production. Pierre-paul recorded a respectable three solo, one sack, and credited for one tackle for a loss. The tipping point of the debate could be the pass defended that Nassib also added.
Fantasy Impact:
Nassib should be considered as a player to keep an eye one going forward for IDP owners. His apparent expanded role this contest may mean that new defensive coordinator Mark Duffner has zeroed in on him as a player that deserved more playing time.
