There have been rumors flying all over about Cooper potentially being moved to the Cowboys, and now it appears to be official. It's tough to say what this will do to Cooper's value, as he'll need to quickly get up to speed on a new offense, but it's difficult to see how his value could possibly go down. As for the Raiders, Jordy Nelson should see an uptick in targets, though it seems clear that the Raiders are in full sell mode, making Nelson himself a potential trade candidate.
