Fantasy Impact:
Hitchens was considered a game-time decision entering Sunday with the injured ribs from last week’s win over the Broncos. After sitting out Wednesday, he was able to practice in a limited capacity both Thursday and Friday. The Chiefs also listed linebacker Justin Houston (hamstring) as questionable but he is inactive.
