Rod Streater will not return for the Raiders this season

Per a source, Rod Streater will not play for the Raiders this season. (Scott Bair)
Fantasy Impact:
This is a blow to the Raiders offense. Streater has been practicing as of late, and hinted that he could see the field soon, but this news seems to indicate that Streater will in fact be shut down for the season. His skill and leadership would have been a boost to Derek Carr over these next 3 games. The Raiders will likely look to rebuild next season, and Rod Streater could be a casualty of many looming cuts.
