Christian Kirksey placed on IR

The Browns placed starting linebacker Christian Kirksey (hamstring) on injured reserve Wednesday, ending his season. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Kirksey injured his hamstring in Sunday’s loss to the Chiefs. He had 43 tackles, one fumble recovery, and two interceptions in seven games. It’s a tough blow for a Browns defense that was already without starting middle linebacker Joe Schobert as well as multiple other starters. Tanner Vallejo is expected to get first crack at replacing Kirksey in the starting lineup.
