NFL Insider Ian Rapoport is reporting that Steelers running back James Conner, who left Thursday night's blowout win over the Carolina Panthers late in the fourth quarter with a head injury, has officialy entered the league's concussion protocol. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

With Le'Veon Bell potentially returning to the team by Tuesday, the timing of Conner's injury could make things interesting. The good news for Conner and fantasy owners is that, since he suffered the injury on Thursday Night Football, he will now have a few extra days to recover and clear the league's concussion protocol. Look for an update on his status (and on Bell's) early next week.
