Joe Flacco doesn't need to practice to play Week 11

Joe Flacco is questionable to play Week 11 entering the week with a hip injury. Head coach John Harbaugh told reporters that Flacco doesn't need to practice in order to play against the Bengals this week. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
There have been rumors that rookie Lamar Jackson would take the helm following the team's bye, but that doesn't appear to be likely unless it's deemed that Flacco can't go. Further muddying the waters is the fact that Robert Griffin III could be the preferred option if Flacco is sidelined due to injury and not production. Whatever the case, owners will need to wait and see this week, and it seems very likely that this could become a game-time decision for the Ravens.
