Joe Flacco misses practice again on Thursday

Fantasy Impact:
The Ravens have maintained that Flacco can start even if he doesn't practice, but considering that the Ravens are coming off their bye week, this is obviously a bad sign for Flacco's availability on Sunday. With Lamar Jackson also missing Thursday's practice with an illness, Robert Griffin III may be in line to make his first start of the season against the Bengals.
