Joe Flacco inactive for Week 11

The Ravens are reporting QB Joe Flacco (hip) is officially inactive for Week 11. (Ravens on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
As expected, Flacco will sit against the Bengals with a hip injury. First-round rookie Lamar Jackson will draw his first NFL start. To complicate matters, reports are suggesting Robert Griffin III could also see snaps. Jackson is a DFS dart throw in GPPs for Week 11.
