Antonio Brown has said that he will play in Denver. There was speculation that he could have to sit out due to sickle-cell trait, but he won't confirm that this is an issue for him. (Pittsburgh Tribune-Review)

We've seen other players sit out in Denver due to the trait, but Brown doesn't seem to be concerned. If he's active, he'll continue to be a WR1 in an offense that continues to roll.
