It'd be unimaginable to see the 49ers stick with Foster after this latest incident. Details have not yet been released, but Foster's troubles since college were always a concern. Despite being given multiple chances including off-field incidents as recently as this past offseason, the young linebacker may have played his final down before Week 12 even gets started. The team will likely lean on rookie Fred Warner like the did at the start of the season when Foster was suspended.
