A.J. Green headed to IR with injured toe; expected to have surgery

The Bengals will place A.J. Green on Injured Reserve with torn ligaments in his toe. He is expected to have surgery and would be facing a four-month recovery if he does. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It's hardly a surprise that Green is headed to IR after leaving Sunday's game early. A four-month recovery should leave him plenty of time to recover for training camp in 2019. To the extent you were rostering him in redraft leagues, it's obviously time to let him go. Tyler Boyd should see an uptick in targets with Green out again.
