Greg Olsen placed on season-ending IR

The Panthers have placed Greg Olsen on season-ending IR after he ruptured the plantar fascia on his right foot. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Olsen was just getting back from another foot injury, and given the history of the ailment it's not clear if he'll be back in 2019 and beyond. For the remainder of the season, Ian Thomas will continue to be the team's primary TE and could be their TE of the future, a role that Olsen thrived in.
