Joe Flacco inactive for Week 14

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting Ravens QB Joe Flacco (hip) is officially inactive for Week 14. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Despite reports from earlier in the day stating Flacco and Lamar Jackson could both be used against the Chiefs, it turns out it was a mere smokescreen. Flacco is out for Week 14. Lamar Jackson, barring injury, should see all the snaps in a must-win Week 14 matchup with Robert Griffin III backing him up.
