The Bills announced Tuesday they placed linebacker Matt Milano on injured reserve. Milano requires surgery for a broken fibula. His season is over. (Buffalo Bills )

Milano suffered the injury when he got his left leg twisted awkwardly on a goal line play late in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s 27-23 loss to the Jets. His season ends with 78 tackles, one sack, three interceptions, three fumble recoveries, and seven passes defensed in 13 games.
