Carson Wentz (back) receives inconclusive scan, headed for MRI today

Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz underwent a scan on his back on Wednesday that was inconclusive and is scheduled to go for an MRI today help diagnose an issue that has been bothering him for several weeks, according to a report from NFL insider Adam Schefter. He is unlikely to play on Sunday night against the Los Angeles Rams. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Wentz has not looked like himself for much of the season, though most people attributed that to his recovery from a torn ACL. Now, it sounds like he has been dealing with a back issue as well. With Wentz most likely shut down for this week and possibly the rest of the season, Nick Foles will once again start for the Eagles and attempt to keep their bleak playoff hopes alive.
