DeVante Parker not in Dolphins' plans?

The Dolphins appear to be moving on from WR DeVante Parker due to a "combination of injuries, production, practice." (Barry Jackson on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Parker was held without a catch last week and has done very little this season. The perennial breakout candidate failed to deliver once again this year, but he should receive interest on the free agent market this offseason. As such, he's an intriguing buy-low and stash option in dynasty leagues given his pedigree and the upside he's flashed with the Dolphins.
