James Conner officially ruled out for Week 16

The Pittsburgh Steelers have ruled out James Conner (ankle) for Sunday's matchup against the Saints. Jaylen Samuels will start in his place. (Ryan Recker on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It's good and bad news for fantasy owners as a highly questionable Conner would have made for a tough decision. At this point, Jaylen Samuels is a must-start, but owners should know that the Saints defense has been strong against the run with a No. 3 DVOA rank. If your league plays into Week 17, do not drop Conner as he would have a dream matchup against the Bengals to close out the regular season.
