Antonio Brown reportedly benched for missing practice

According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Antonio Brown did not play in Week 17 because he missed team meetings and practice. (Pittsburgh Post-Gazette)

It was previously thought Brown was dealing with an injury, but it now looks like he had a major blowup with a teammate, which caused him to stay away from practice. After all this Brown showed up to Sunday's game versus the Bengals expecting to play. Pittsburgh was then eliminated from post-season contention when Baltimore beat Cleveland to win the AFC North. It remains to be seen whether Brown will be playing elsewhere in 2019.
