Jameis Winston has to be "a little bit smarter"

New Bucs coach Bruce Arians said on Thursday that Jameis Winston just needs to be "a little bit smarter". (Rick Stroud on Twitter)

Arians added that Winston is talented and just needs to "relax and play the game". Tampa Bay is clearly committed to Winston in 2019 and beyond, and Arians was the perfect hire in that regard. Still just 25 years old it wouldn't be surprising to see Winston have a big fantasy season next year.
