Kareem Hunt suspension to come before free agency

This would mean interested teams would at least know how many games Hunt will be suspended for before signing him. The NFL is still conducting their investigation and has yet to speak to Hunt. Rapoport adds that several teams are keeping tabs on the 23-year-old, including the Bears. It sounds as if Hunt will get a chance to play in the NFL again, but nothing is certain yet.
