Patrick Mahomes inconsistent in AFC Championship

Patrick Mahomes completed 16-of-31 pass attempts for 295 yards and three touchdowns as the Chiefs fell to the Patriots 37-31 in the AFC Championship.
Fantasy Impact:
New England did a fantastic job of defending Mahomes and company in the first half. The Chiefs weren't able to put points on the board until the third quarter. Mahomes led the team all the way back to a tie game in the fourth quarter, but Kansas City didn't even get the ball in overtime as New England scored right away. It's a bitter end to an extremely promising season for the Chiefs. Mahomes will enter 2019 fantasy drafts as the top quarterback option on the board.
