Terrelle Pryor signs with Chiefs

After working out QB Terrelle Pryor, the Chiefs signed him to a one year contract for an unspecified amount. (KansasCity.com)
Fantasy Impact:
This either means one of two things, the Chiefs plan on cutting capable, but relatively expensive backup QB Chase Daniel, or they plan on using Pryor as a WR or TE. With the signing of Pryor, the Chiefs have five QBs on the roster in Pryor, Alex Smith, Chase Daniel, rookie 5th rounder Aaron Murray, and developmental project Tyler Bray. Pryor now gets to work with a coach in Andy Reid who has a history of maximizing the talent of his quarterbacks, but will have to beat out long odds to be fantasy relevant.
