Fantasy Impact:

Roby will help fill the void left by the departure of Kareem Jackson to Denver. Roby, who spent the first five seasons of his career with the Broncos, said he turned down a three-year offer from the Steelers and a one-year offer from the 49ers to sign a “prove it” deal with Houston. “It’s a prove-it deal,” Roby told Mike Klis of Denver’s 9News. “I feel like I should go back in [the market next year] while I’m still young.” Roby also noted that he never received an offer from the Broncos. “It’s a business,” Roby said. “Denver didn’t want me; they wanted someone else...They got the guy they wanted.” Roby collected 50 tackles, one interception, 12 passes defensed, and two forced fumbles in 15 games in 2018.
