Jason Verrett takes one-year deal with 49ers

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Jason Verrett will sign a one-year, $3.6 million deal with the 49ers. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It's a low risk signing for San Francisco. Verrett was once thought to be a future shutdown corner but has since dealt with an ACL injury and a torn achilles, the latter of which he suffered last July.
