Jordan Matthews signs with 49ers

Fantasy Impact:
Matthews spent 2018 with the Eagles but only managed to total 20 receptions in 14 games. He’s dealt with lower body injuries for the past several years and is unlikely to make a major impact with the 49ers. San Francisco had hoped to make a major upgrade to their receiver position this off-season but thus far have failed to do so.
