Fantasy Impact:
Devin Singletary joins what is currently a crowded Buffalo Bills backfield. Singletary is an elusive, patient back whose tape reminds one of his new teammate LeSean McCoy. He has excellent open field ability, and forced 94 missed tackles in 2018 according to PFF College. He amassed a whopping 1,027 yards after contact in his final college season.
