Titans running back Derrick Henry, coming off of a season in which he rushed for 1,059 yards and 12 touchdowns on 215 carries, is being talked up by new offensive coordinator Arthur Smith. Smith said that the Titans plan to ride Henry. (TitansOnline.com)

Fantasy Impact:

Riding Henry can mean a number of things. From a business side, it can mean riding him into the ground because he is in the last year of his contract and they aren't concerned about his long-term health. Or, from a strictly strategic football perspective, it could mean that they are planning to run the offense through Henry. The good news for fantasy owners is that both of these essentially mean the same thing: more touches, yards, and opportunities for a starting running back in 2019.
