Matt Barkley delivers strong preseason opener

Matt Barkley completed 9-of-14 pass attempts for 126 yards and a touchdown in the preseason opener for the Bills. He also rushed once for no gain.
Fantasy Impact:
Barkley had a solid outing and was surprisingly efficient. While he was playing in the absence of starters, it was still an encouraging performance. That said, there's really no league format where Barkley will be relevant, even if he gets any starts.
