Robert Foster caught one of his four targets for 14 yards in the Bills' preseason opener against the Colts.
Fantasy Impact:
Foster came on very strong in the latter portions of 2018, and is a favorite of the fantasy community to break out in 2019 and lead the team in receiving. With downfield play-making ability, Foster presents undeniable upside. He will likely be volatile week-to-week, but could deliver some big performances. He's an ideal late-round Best Ball option, but could be frustrating in traditional start/sit leagues.
