Chris Herndon flashes in brief preseason action

Chris Herndon caught his only target for 32 yards in the Jets' preseason loss to the Giants.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite being suspended for four games (pending an appeal), Herndon is a viable option in fantasy leagues. As a rookie, he surpassed 500 yards, which is an impressive mark, all with a sub-par offense and an extremely young, rookie QB. Herndon is primed for a big breakout in 2019 due to the lack of surrounding weapons and the potential ascendance of Sam Darnold. Don't be afraid to draft and stash Herndon if you have adequate bench spots and miss out on earlier TEs.
