Matt LaCosse goes 2-37 in preseason opener

Matt LaCosse caught both of his targets for 37 yards in the Patriots' preseason win over the Lions. LaCosse left with an injury and did not return. No details are known yet on the severity.
Fantasy Impact:
LaCosse should open the season as the Patriots' starter at TE given the suspension to Benjamin Watson. He will be intriguing for those streaming the position and for DFS players early in the season. LaCosse is an ideal late-round upside play at the position, as he could turn into a full-time starter with relative ease if he plays well in the first four weeks.
