With Devante Parker sidelined, Williams is getting an opportunity with the starters. And why not? The UDFA has impressed during offseason workouts and even had a terrific showing in the preseason opener. Williams, a player you can get for free in your dynasty leagues, should be on your radar playing on a team with a vastly underwhelming wide receiver depth chart.
