Tyrell Williams posts one catch in win over Cardinals

Tyrell WIlliams brought in his lone target for 27 yards in the Raiders' 33-26 preseason win over the Cardinals Thursday.
Fantasy Impact:
Williams will start opposite Antonio Brown in a revamped Oakland offense. He lacks consistency, but will have a few big games this season, making him a strong best ball target. Williams is best used as a late-round flyer in PPR formats for redraft.
