Preston Williams leads Fins in targets in loss

Preston Williams caught only one of his six targets for seven yards in the Dolphins' preseason loss to the Buccaneers.
Fantasy Impact:
The Dolphins are really testing out Williams to see what they have. He should be snagged in dynasty leagues if he's still available, and might well work his way onto the 2019 scene for fantasy football if he keeps playing well. He's not worth drafting yet, but that could change before too long.
