Amari Cooper (plantar fasciitis) won't be slowed by injury

Amari Cooper stated that he would be 'very effective' despite dealing with plantar fasciitis. Cooper also said that his pain is a "three" on a scale of one-to-ten and that he hopes to practice this week. (Mike Fisher on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Cooper is going to be the Cowboy's clear-cut number one, but he is certainly going to have to stay healthy to provide a return for fantasy owners. As Cooper alluded to in this interview, he already has a 1,000-yard season on a plantar fasciitis foot, so he should be good to go for week one and for 2019.
