Trey Quinn not expected to play in preseason Week 3

Fantasy Impact:
While Quinn made his return to practice this week, he is expected to sit for the team's dress rehearsal against the Falcons. But despite his presumed absence, Quinn should be ready to go for the start of the regular season when it counts. Quinn is in line to open 2019 as Washington's starting slot receiver.
