Josh Allen solid in third preseason game

Josh Allen completed 3-of-6 pass attempts for 49 yards and rushed twice for 17 yards in the Bills' preseason win over the Lions.
Fantasy Impact:
Allen should offer plenty of upside again with his legs in 2019. The question of whether he will take a step forward as a passer seems to be a yes so far this preseason. Allen is a risk-reward QB2 at this point, but if his passing continues to improve, he could be a strong fantasy option. His ADP is fair at this point.
